This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, process, share, and protect your information when you use the PetEra AI mobile application, this website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1 Interpretation and Definitions

1.1 Interpretation

Capitalized terms have the meanings assigned to them in this Policy.

1.2 Definitions

  • Account — The unique profile you create to access the Service (e.g. via email, Apple, or Google sign-in).
  • Application — The mobile application titled "PetEra AI" (including all platforms, e.g. iOS and Android).
  • Developer, We, Us, or Our — The individual developer operating under the trade name Klyro, based in Bukhara, Uzbekistan.
  • Device — Any device you use to access the Service (phone, tablet, computer).
  • Personal Data — Information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to you (e.g. name, email, account identifier).
  • Pet & Health Data — Data related to your use of pet and health features: photos of your pets, health scan results, vet visit history, medication schedules, AI vet chat content, pet profiles, and any notes you add.
  • Location Data — Location information you choose to provide. The Application may request access to your device location; you can deny or revoke this at any time.
  • Usage Data — Data we collect automatically: device type, OS, app version, IP address, timestamps, crash reports, and analytics to secure and improve the Service.
  • User Content — Photos, images, text, or other content you upload through the Service (including pet photos, health images, chat messages, and metadata).
  • Website — The PetEra AI website (https://petcare-klyro.web.app/) and any subdomains we operate.
  • You — The individual using the Service.

2 Types of Data We Collect

2.1 Personal Data You Provide

When you create an Account or use the Service, we may collect: first name and last name; email address; and optional profile details (e.g. display name, preferences).

2.2 Pet & Health Data

To provide AI health scanning, pet profiles, reminders, and chat features, we may collect: photos you submit for AI analysis; health scan history and results; pet profiles and related data; medication and vet reminders; AI vet conversations; notes or labels you add. You choose what to provide; some features require submitting relevant images or identifiers.

2.3 Location Data

If you grant permission, we may collect your approximate or precise location to help find nearby veterinary services. You can revoke location access in your device or in-app settings at any time.

2.4 User Content (Including Photos)

User Content includes images and text you upload for AI-powered features. We may use anonymized or aggregated images or outputs to improve our AI models. When used for product improvement, such data is not associated with your identity.

2.5 Usage Data

We automatically collect: device type, operating system, and app version; IP address; timestamps and activity logs; crash and error reports; feature usage and analytics; session information.

2.6 Cookies and Tracking

The Website may use cookies and similar technologies for analytics, functionality, and security. The Application may use mobile identifiers for analytics and performance, in line with this Policy.

3 How We Use Your Data

We use data to: provide and improve the Service (AI-assisted health scans, pet profiles, medication reminders, AI vet chat, account management); improve AI and recognition (anonymized or aggregated); communicate with you about updates and support; optionally for marketing if you opt in; comply with legal and security requirements; and in connection with business transfers as permitted by law. We do not sell your Personal Data to third parties.

4 Legal Bases (GDPR)

Where GDPR applies, we rely on consent, contract, legitimate interests, and legal obligations as lawful bases for processing your data.

5 How We Share Personal Data

We may share Personal Data with: service providers (hosting, analytics, AI services, email, subscriptions) under contracts; as part of business transfers; with authorities when required by law; with your consent; or as aggregated/anonymized data. We do not sell your Personal Data.

6 User Content and License

By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, store, process, and improve the Service and AI models. We do not publicly display your photos without your consent. Content may be used in anonymized form to improve our AI.

6.1 Google Gemini and AI-Generated Output

Parts of the Service use Google Gemini, Google's generative-AI technology, to process images and text — for example symptom identification from photos, health-related estimates, and the AI vet chat. When you use those features, relevant content may be sent to Google's systems for processing in line with Google's policies.

Gemini can be wrong. Responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific pet, breed, or situation. They are for informational purposes only and must not replace professional veterinary diagnosis or advice. You are solely responsible for verifying any AI output before relying on it. Nothing in the Service replaces hands-on examination by a licensed veterinarian.

7 Data Retention

We retain Personal Data for as long as your Account is active or as needed. Pet & Health Data is retained until you delete it or your Account. Usage Data is retained for a limited period. We delete or anonymize data when no longer needed unless legally required to keep it.

8 Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed on servers outside your country. We use appropriate safeguards where required by law.

9 Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, withdraw consent, object, restrict processing, or lodge a complaint. Contact us at infloflorai4@gmail.com or through in-app settings where available.

10 Deleting Your Data

You may request deletion of your Account, health scans, photos, chat history, and profile data. Contact us at infloflorai4@gmail.com or use in-app account deletion if available. Some data may remain in backups or where legally required.

11 Security

We use encryption, access controls, and secure infrastructure to protect your data. No system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12 Children's Privacy

13 Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party sites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

14 Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page. We may notify you by email or in the Application for material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

15 California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

Please read these Terms carefully before using PetEra AI. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1 Interpretation and Definitions

  • Application — The mobile application titled "PetEra AI", including all related features for health scanning, pet profiles, and AI-assisted guidance.
  • Developer, We, Us, or Our — The individual developer operating under the trade name Klyro, based in Bukhara, Uzbekistan.
  • Service — The PetEra AI mobile application, website, and all related services and features we provide.
  • User Content — Any content you submit through the Service, including pet photos, health images, text, chat messages, notes, and metadata.
  • Website — The PetEra AI website (https://petcare-klyro.web.app/) and any related web properties we operate.
  • You or Your — The individual using the Service.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account, downloading the Application, visiting the Website, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. The Service is not intended for children under 13.

4 Account and Registration

You may need to create an Account (e.g. via email, Apple, or Google sign-in) to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activity under your Account. You must provide accurate and complete information. We may suspend or terminate your Account if you breach these Terms.

5 Use of the Service

The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use to help you monitor your pet's health, identify symptoms, manage vet records, and obtain AI-assisted guidance. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal use.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any health scan result, symptom identification, estimate, or recommendation. All outputs are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional veterinary inspection or advice.

6 Google Gemini; AI Output May Be Incorrect

Certain features rely on Google Gemini (Google's generative AI) to analyse images and text — for example symptom recognition, health estimates, and conversational assistance. By using those features, you acknowledge that your inputs may be processed by Google in accordance with Google's applicable terms and policies.

Gemini is not infallible. It may produce errors, omissions, or misleading content. All AI-generated material is provided "as is" for general information only and does not constitute professional veterinary advice. You must independently verify anything material to your pet's safety, health, or treatment before you act on it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PetEra AI and the Developer are not responsible for any loss or harm arising from your use of or reliance on Gemini-powered features.

7 User Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of User Content you submit. By submitting User Content, you grant us the licenses described in our Privacy Policy. You are solely responsible for your User Content. You must not submit content that infringes third-party rights, is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, contains malware, or is designed to disrupt the Service. We may remove or refuse to display User Content that we believe violates these Terms, without prior notice.

8 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Abuse the Service, interfere with it, or attempt unauthorized access
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code (except as permitted by law)
  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense any part of the Service unless we explicitly permit it
  • Use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others

9 Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, belongs to PetEra AI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service as intended. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content or software without our prior written consent.

10 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. HEALTH SCANS, SYMPTOM IDENTIFICATIONS, AND RECOMMENDATIONS ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE PROFESSIONAL VETERINARY ADVICE. USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

11 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD 100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN SUCH CASES THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

12 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Developer and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms or any law, or your violation of any third party's rights.

13 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

14 Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify the Service and these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. For material changes, we may notify you by email or through the Application. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

15 General

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding the Service.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Uzbekistan. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Bukhara, Uzbekistan.

📦 Subscriptions & Billing

Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play according to your platform. To manage or cancel a subscription, use your Apple ID or Google account subscription settings. We cannot process refunds directly — those requests go through the store's refund policies.
